At this time, we are not accepting returns. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

We want you to love your purchase! If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bikisbikinis.com, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.

Pre-Order & Pre-Sale Items

Items marked as PRE-ORDER or PRE-SALE are produced in limited quantities. For this reason, all pre-sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once production has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will be locked in for production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
